No one understands how a new municipal official feels better than another individual who has experienced a similar "first-timer" transition. MML's Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for new officials to interact and learn from their experienced peers.
Giving and receiving good advice and guidance, exchanging ideas, venting frustrations, and making friends will be among the rewards of participating in the program.
Municipalities who participate in the mentoring program:
