MML's Inquiry Program provides direct comprehensive assistance to municipal officials on a variety of municipal issues. Assistance may range from a simple telephone consultation or referral to more extensive research. Have a question about a municipal issue? Ask MML.

Response Time

Response time will depend on the complexity of the issue and the volume of other research requests received. The majority of information requests are processed and answered within 48 working hours. In general, advisory services will be provided to communities on a first come, first served basis; however, where possible, allowances will be made to expedite inquiry processing when your needs demand quick response.

Cost of the Service

Inquires are free to MML members. Nonmembers may be charged for any costs associated with postage, copying, and/or faxing.
