The Mayor and Council of Port Deposit, MD will be accepting proposals until 4:30 p.m., Friday, March 22, 2019 from qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide legal services to the Town of Port Deposit. The Request for Proposal may be obtained by emailing the town administrator Vicky Rinkerman at firstname.lastname@example.org, or may be picked up at Town Hall, 64 S. Main Street. The Town reserves the right to reject and and/or all proposals.
New Windsor - Blue Ridge and College Avenue Road Improvements

Project generally consists of pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, stairways and driveway removal and reconstruction. Also included are clearing and grubbing, asphalt pavement milling, asphalt paving, installation of storm drainage conduit, manholes, inlets and outfalls, pavement markings, pedestrian access and controls, traffic signage, maintenance of traffic, relocation of existing utilities, retaining wall, cheek wall, sediment and erosion control and related work. The project location includes improvements on approximately 850-feet of College Avenue and approximately 375-feet of Blue Ridge Avenue in New Windsor, Carroll County, Maryland. The project will be constructed in two-separate, consecutive phases, executed without-delay, between phases. Boonsboro – Accounting Services

The Town of Boonsboro (TOB) is accepting proposals from certified public accounting (CPA) firms with experience in municipal accounting. Contract period is not to exceed two (2) years, which will consist of one (1) base year and one (1) option. Sealed bid proposals will be accepted at the TOB Town Hall at 21 N. Main Street Boonsboro, MD 21713 until March 14th, 2019 at 4:00 PM. All bids must be marked “Sealed Bids for Accounting Services.” The Town reserves the right to waive any technicalities, to reject any and/or all bids, and the right to terminate these contracts.
The Town collects taxpayer and ratepayer revenues, as well as being the recipient of local, State, and Federal grants. Three (3) funds, one (1) governmental and two (2) proprietary, manage and document these monies. Respectively, the General Fund is the general operating fund of the Town, and the Water & Sewer Utility Funds account for all business-like activities. Full details.

Village of Martin’s Additions - Walkability Study Facilitation

The Village of Martin’s Additions (VMA or Village) hereby solicits proposals from individuals or firms to facilitate a resident-task force charged with undertaking VMA walkability study. While the Village Council will appoint residents to this task force to conduct the study and make final recommendations to the Council, the facilitator will guide the task force through any relevant information gathering, gap analysis, and recommendation making process. The successful proposer should be prepared to meet with the VMA task force, staff, and Council as well as facilitate community hearings, as needed. Emmitsburg – Baseline impervious assessment, Developing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual, Dry-weather screening of stormwater outfalls

The Mayor and Commissioners of Emmitsburg, Maryland are requesting bids from qualified individuals or companies for one or more of the following projects: 1) Prepare a baseline impervious assessment, including verifying and updating the Town’s existing urban Best Management Practice (BMP) database and creating a Restoration Work Plan; 2) Developing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual in support of implementing a State required Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) program; and 3) Performing annually recurring dry-weather screening of the identified, untreated stormwater outfalls (20% per year, up to 100).
