Overview
Maryland Municipal Clerks Association is an affiliated organization of the Maryland Municipal League. MMCA is a part of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks Region II including Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Virginia. Our Region II Directors are Terry Hudson and Diane Pfluberger.
