Changes for 2023 and Reminders

Changes for 2023 NEW Badge and Ticket Process - Your badge will be your ticket to all events/receptions included in your registration. No separate tickets will be available. Reception and meal tickets will not be transferable to other attendees or sold onsite. Expo Halls - New Expo Hall floor plan, lunch will be served in Hall C Booth Location - Locations may be seen in real time here. Booth locations are subject to change to better serve exhibitors and attendees. Staff - Booths include 2 registrations per booth. Includes lunches and Welcome Reception tickets. Up to 3 additional booth staff may register for $150 each, plus meals if needed. Municipal booths are still limited to 2 booth staff. Onsite Badge Changes or additions will incur a $150 fee, must be paid onsite with credit card. Hours - Booths must be staffed during expo hours on Monday and Tuesday. Move-in - Booth set up will be Sunday afternoon, June 25, between 12 noon and 4 p.m. Tear down will not begin until 2:30 p.m. (tentative) on Tuesday. June 27. Vehicles move in Sunday between 12 noon and 2 p.m. Access to Sessions - Exhibitors are welcome to attend conference sessions, workshops, and events. Exhibitors are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening and to purchase tickets for the Closing Soiree Celebration Reception Tuesday evening. Receptions and lunches are ticketed events. Vehicle and Equipment Displays – All display vehicles and equipment will be located inside the convention center. Vehicles and equipment must fit easily within your booth space along with your booth staff and display. MML must be notified in advance to ensure your equipment will have access to your booth space. There is no additional charge for equipment located within your booth.

Exhibit Hours

The exhibit hours (tentative) will be:

Monday, June 26, 2023, from 9:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 27, 2023, from 10:00 to 2:30 p.m.

The League and Convention Center continue to monitor Federal, State, and local Covid-19 safety protocols and guidelines. We have several Covid-19 procedures in place and will modify these protocols based on the latest guidelines.
