With the passage of HB 807/SB 516 last year, municipalities have five years of predictable and elevated highway user revenue (HUR) funding for fiscal years 2020-2024. Included in the Governor’s recently released FY 2020 budget is $37.9 million in HUR for municipalities. For an estimated breakdown of HUR for FY 2020 by municipality please check out our website.
