MML President and Gaithersburg City Councilman Ryan Spiegel has appointed a workgroup to examine the League’s bylaws and, where warranted, make recommendations for potential amendments to the bylaws. The Committee will be chaired by MML Past President and former New Windsor Mayor Jay Gullo.
