[ARCHIVED] State of Maryland - GoVax Campaign

govax

At the end of January, the State of Maryland officially kicked off their GoVax Campaign. This initiative encourages those in Maryland to protect themselves, their families, and communities by getting vaccinated when they are eligible.

As elected officials, we rely on you to get information to your community. During our #MasksOnMaryland Campaign, we saw Mayors, Councilmembers, and other municipal leaders show how they are leading the way. It’s time to gear up once again and urge your residents to take another step to combat this pandemic.

Through your social media pages, newsletters, e-newsletters, websites, and any other outlets you have available, we are asking that you help get the word out about vaccinations. You can find the State of Maryland Mass Vaccination Campaign Toolkit here, which offers talking points, guidelines on graphics, and more (contact MML staff for the password). To see which phase of vaccination group the State is currently in, and to find your local COVID-19 Vaccination center, please click here.

We’ve come together before during this pandemic and know that together we can tackle larger obstacles! We look forward to seeing your municipalities promotion ideas but even more, we look forward to seeing Maryland’s vaccination totals rise. #MunicipalMarylandStrong
