Flash Focus events are designed for municipal elected and staff ages 40 and under to gather and share across a single topic. The League recognizes and understands that these issues impact across age. YML events provide a space where these matters can be discussed with those who may, for the most part, share a generational outlook and/or similar challenges due to their specific age demographic.
