Each year recipients of Highway User Revenues (HURs) are required to provide a report to the State Highway Administration (SHA) outlining how they used HURs in the prior fiscal year. Reports for FY 20 were due late last year. SHA has asked the League to contact the 30 municipalities that have not yet provided the state- mandated reports. Municipalities listed below should contact SHA with any questions about the required reports at: Ermal Budo EBudo@mdot.maryland.gov or Okey Odinammadu OOdinammadu@mdot.maryland.gov.
