We may not have been able to bring the 11 District Essay winners to Annapolis, but it was just as satisfying seeing their smiling faces via this year’s virtual ceremony. With congratulatory videos from Governor Hogan, Dr. Karen Salmon and the students’ teachers, MML was able to shine the light on the winners and acknowledge their winning work.
